Refund Policy
Return Policy
Our return policy is valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange after this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are exempt from being returned. These include:
- Items that have been used or damaged due to customer neglect
- Gift cards
- Digital Prints /Products (Due to the nature of digital products and the ability to instantly access and download them, we do not offer refunds once the purchase is made. All sales are final).
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in the following situations:
- Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email regarding the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within a specified number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be posted.
- Contact your bank for additional processing time.

Sale Items
Refunds are only available for regular-priced items. Sale items are non-refundable.
Exchanges

You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, and if a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the total refund amount.
Tracking and Insurance
For items over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items.
