Thank you for shopping with Two Little Giggles.
We are an Australian business based in Victoria, and orders are dispatched from Australia. We use Australia Post as our primary shipping provider.
Where Do We Ship?
We currently ship within Australia and to selected international destinations available at checkout.
If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at twolittlegiggles1@hotmail.com and we can let you know whether shipping can be arranged.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery location and the products in your order.
Australia
Standard tracked shipping: $11 flat rate
This applies regardless of the number of wall decals purchased in the same transaction, unless a current promotion or free-shipping offer applies.
International
International shipping rates vary depending on the destination and order.
The available shipping options and applicable cost will be displayed at checkout.
Please note that international delivery may be subject to customs duties, taxes, import charges or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Free Australian Shipping
From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions.
Any applicable free-shipping offer, minimum spend or promotional code will be clearly stated at the time of the promotion.
Promotional shipping codes may not be used in conjunction with other discount codes unless otherwise stated.
Processing & Production Times
Wall Decals
Our wall decals are made and prepared in Melbourne.
Please allow approximately 2–6 business days for processing and production before your order is dispatched.
During particularly busy periods, custom orders, large orders or promotional periods may take a little longer.
We will do our best to keep you informed if there is an unexpected delay.
Beauty & Skincare Products
Beauty and skincare products that are in stock are generally processed within 1–3 business days.
If your order contains both wall decals and beauty products, your items may be shipped together once the order is ready.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates only and begin once your order has been dispatched.
Typical delivery timeframes may vary depending on your location and Australia Post's current network.
For Australian orders, delivery may generally take approximately 2–10 business days after dispatch, depending on the destination.
International delivery times vary considerably by country and may take approximately 1–4 weeks or longer, particularly during busy periods, customs processing or unforeseen postal delays.
Australia Post delivery timeframes are estimates and are outside our direct control.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email or SMS where applicable.
Your tracking number will be included in your shipping notification.
You can use the tracking information to follow your parcel through Australia Post.

How We Package Wall Decals
Our wall decals are carefully packaged and sent in a postal tube to help protect them during transit and keep them in good condition.
Delays
Occasionally, delivery may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control, including:
- Australia Post delays.
- Severe weather.
- Public holidays.
- Peak shopping periods.
- Postal network disruptions.
- Customs or border processing for international orders.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information.
If we become aware of a significant delay affecting your order, we will do our best to keep you informed.
Once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timeframes are determined by the carrier and are not guaranteed by Two Little Giggles.
Incorrect Delivery Information
Please make sure your delivery address is correct before completing your order.
If an order is returned to us because an incorrect or incomplete address was provided, additional postage may be required to resend the order.
Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your delivery details.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
All Australian orders are sent using tracked postage.
If your parcel appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible so we can assist with the appropriate next steps.
For parcels damaged during delivery, photographs of the packaging and product may be requested to assist with an Australia Post claim.
International Orders
International customers are responsible for ensuring that the products ordered can legally be imported into their country.
Any customs duties, import taxes, GST, tariffs or other charges imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Customs processing may also affect delivery times.

Care Instructions
How to Apply Your Wall Decals
Applying Larger Wall Quote Decals:

Prepare the Decal:
- Your decal comes with a pre-applied transfer sheet. Begin by laying the decal flat on a clean surface.

Position on the Wall:
- Carefully position the decal on the wall where you'd like it to go. The transfer sheet will help you ensure the design is applied straight.

Press Firmly:
- Once the decal is in place, press down firmly using a squeegee or a similar tool to ensure the decal adheres properly to the wall.

Remove the Transfer Sheet:
- Slowly peel back the transfer sheet, leaving the decal's design on the wall. If any parts of the decal stick to the sheet, gently guide them back onto the wall.
Tip: For larger designs (e.g., "House Rules" or "Playroom Rules"), consider cutting the decal into smaller sections and applying one line at a time. This makes it easier to manage and ensures perfect alignment.
Applying Smaller Wall Quote Decals:
- For smaller quotes, cut around each word or section, then position them on the wall.
- Press down firmly and slowly peel back the transfer sheet, ensuring the decal adheres to the wall.
Note: The transfer sheet can be reused several times if applying in multiple sections.
Applying Peel & Stick Kids Wall Decals:
- Peel & Stick decals are straightforward to apply. Simply peel them off the backing and stick them directly to the wall.
- For designs with multiple pieces, such as a tree with many leaves, refer to the included diagram for guidance on placement.
Important Tips for Best Results:
- Surface Preparation: Make sure your wall is clean and dry before applying the decal. Wipe away any dust or dirt and allow it to fully dry.
- Newly Painted Walls: Wait 6-8 weeks for newly painted walls to cure before applying your decal. Applying too soon may result in poor adhesion.
- Surface Type: Decals are not recommended for textured, rough, or silicone-based paints, such as Wash & Wear or Suede finishes.
- First-Time Users: Take your time applying decals, especially if it's your first time. The process can be time-consuming but yields excellent results.
